Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of FuturLab's creator-controlled tools for preparing, managing, scheduling and publishing authorized short-form digital content. By using FuturLab, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and authority
A user must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements that apply in their location and on each connected platform. A user acting for a business, organization, campaign or other person confirms that they are authorized to accept these Terms and control the connected accounts and content.
2. The FuturLab service
FuturLab provides workflows that may include content preparation, creator review, official platform authorization, upload, Direct Post, draft delivery, scheduling, status tracking, permitted analytics and failure recovery. Features may vary by platform, permission, account type and API availability.
FuturLab does not sell artificial engagement, fake views or followers, and does not provide tools intended to evade platform rules, copyright controls, moderation or enforcement.
3. Connected accounts and authorization
Users connect social accounts through the platform's official authorization flow and choose the permissions granted to FuturLab. The user remains responsible for the account, its security and all actions that the user requests, approves or schedules through FuturLab.
A deliberately configured and approved publishing or scheduling workflow authorizes FuturLab to perform only the actions within the selected accounts, content, platforms, settings and schedule. The user can change the workflow, disconnect the account or revoke platform authorization.
4. Creator review and publishing control
Before Direct Post, the creator must be able to review the selected content and required settings, including caption, privacy, interaction options and applicable commercial-content or AI-generated-content disclosures. The user is responsible for verifying these choices before confirmation.
For a draft upload, the user is responsible for completing the final editing and publishing steps in the connected platform when the platform requires them.
5. Content rights and permissions
Users retain their ownership rights in content submitted to FuturLab. By submitting content, the user grants FuturLab a limited permission to host, process, format, transmit and deliver that content solely as needed to provide the requested service.
The user must only upload, process or publish content for which they have the necessary ownership, license, campaign authorization, consent, publicity rights, music rights or other permission. Users must preserve required attribution and comply with campaign and platform-specific rules.
6. TikTok integration
FuturLab uses TikTok's official authorization and Content Posting APIs for authorized TikTok workflows. Use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer requirements, music rules and branded-content policies.
Direct Post is initiated only after the creator reviews the available settings and confirms the post. Draft Upload sends content to the creator's TikTok inbox for the creator to finish. Users must not use FuturLab to spam, mislead users, avoid disclosures or publish content they are not authorized to use.
7. YouTube integration
Use of features that access YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services policies. Users remain responsible for YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright, privacy, monetization and disclosure requirements.
8. Instagram and Facebook integration
Use of Instagram and Facebook publishing or insights features is subject to the applicable Meta terms and platform policies. Users must use eligible accounts, provide accurate disclosures and comply with content, advertising, branded-content and intellectual-property requirements.
9. Prohibited use
Users may not use FuturLab to:
- Publish content without the necessary rights or authorization.
- Impersonate another person or connect an account they do not control.
- Create fake engagement, deceptive activity, spam or coordinated platform manipulation.
- Distribute malware, unlawful content or content that violates a connected platform's rules.
- Interfere with security, rate limits, technical restrictions, review systems or API controls.
- Use the service in a way that exposes another person's private information without a lawful basis.
10. Commercial and AI-generated content
Users are responsible for identifying promotional, branded, sponsored or AI-generated content and selecting every disclosure required by law and by the connected platform. FuturLab may block a publication when required information is missing or settings conflict with platform rules.
11. Service availability and changes
Platform APIs, permissions and processing times are controlled by third parties and may change or become unavailable. FuturLab may update, limit or discontinue a feature to maintain security, compliance or compatibility. FuturLab does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular platform-review, moderation or publication outcome.
12. Suspension and termination
FuturLab may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected unauthorized access, prohibited use, legal requirements or platform-policy violations. Users may stop using the service and revoke connected-account authorization at any time.
13. Disclaimers and responsibility
FuturLab is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users are responsible for reviewing content, permissions, disclosures, account settings, schedules and final platform results. FuturLab is not responsible for third-party platform outages, moderation decisions, account actions or changes to external APIs.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuturLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of data or platform actions arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Updates to these Terms
FuturLab may update these Terms when the service, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the updated Terms where permitted by law.
16. Applicable law and contact
